I think that blogger is an effective means of communication within a large organization because it has an easy-to-use layout and the design is cool and easily accessible.

Also, its like an online word, because it lets you change font type, size, color, bold, underline and italics. It has many themes to choose from, fitting both genders and what type of colors all people like, also it lets you upload your own photos from you computer to put as your background. Most importantly, its user friendly because it lets you upload anything from writing, to pictures, videos and documents.

The accessibility is good, because it lets you access it from your computer, phone, iPad, iPod, etc. Pretty much anything with the internet.

A blog site is easily accessible, it free and its easy to make. It takes a few minutes to make and to get used to. Its also good because its user friendly and everything is easy to use and nothing is confusing. Its customizable because it lets you have your own theme, background image and it lets you change font, color and size of font. It lets you access it from any computer, or even any smartphone that has the internet so once you've created it you can email people or add to your blogs from anywhere. You can insert images, videos and website links. Also it lets you change your text background color, and it lets your font be underlined, bold or italic.

A blog sites safety issues are that it can be used inappropriately. Maybe by pedophiles who are trying to find out peoples details, so they could track you down. To keep yourself safe, simply only put in your name, by this, no-one can find out where you live or whatever. The reason is that some people may look for your postcode, address or whatever and if you don't upload that stuff you are not a target for pedophiles. To stop these sort of things you can do many things like put a password on your posts, make people the author of your account so only them can see your posts and you also always want to log out when you are going off of it.
