A blog sites safety issues are that it can be used inappropriately. Maybe by pedophiles who are trying to find out peoples details, so they could track you down. To keep yourself safe, simply only put in your name, by this, no-one can find out where you live or whatever. The reason is that some people may look for your postcode, address or whatever and if you don't upload that stuff you are not a target for pedophiles. To stop these sort of things you can do many things like put a password on your posts, make people the author of your account so only them can see your posts and you also always want to log out when you are going off of it.
